HOW CAN I MAKE A DIFFERENCE POLITICALLY ?

SIMPLE !!

1. Identify your House and Senate District

Go to: http://argis.ualr.edu

Select: "Legistlative Districts"

Select: "Continue to Website"

You must disable pop-up blockers. On the right hand side select "house", "senate" or "congresssional".

Select" "District Finder" in the upper left hand corner and enter your street address and zip code.

Find your district number off the displayed map. Repeat for all three and find all three district numbers.

On the right hand side a link should appear to find your congressman, representative or senator.

2. Identify your State Senator and Representative

3. Start a "Rapid Response" email list in your email program containing your legislators. Add to the list other influential

committee Legislators when we send you their names.

4. When proposed legislation affecting our profession is pre-filed or is on the Agenda for discussion, we will send you a

"Dear Legislator" letter for you to personalize and send to your "Rapid Response" list.
